I'd just like to say thanks for your prompt and courteous responses and the rapid shipping of all products.

The hardware arrived Saturday (under 24 hours), well packaged and the software registration, well – superb service even on a Saturday.

Everything works better than the reviews and the recommendations I've had for the products had led me to expect. All I can say is every penny has been well spent, and why I've struggled with the dodgy soundcard for so long – well, silly me!

Easy to set up, clear instructions (I admit I read them after setting it all up - I lecture in Computing so have a reasonable grasp) but even for a complete novice they could have followed them. All I can say is a very pleasant experience all around – you could teach some of the ‘big boys' a lesson.
I you want to use this in any way please go ahead.

We are proud to announce a new rig interfacing product which is
code-named RigExpert Standard. It is planned as a replacement of the
existing RigExpert SD device.

Basically, RigExpert Standard is a simplified and slightly modified
version of RigExpert Plus. WinKey keyer as well as optical I/O
connectors are removed. Instead, an additional DB9 socket is added to
provide a separate COM port for connecting antenna rotors, TNCs or other
serial devices. This is what most digital mode enthusiasts need.

All other important parts (CAT, PTT/CW and FSK ports, USB audio codec,
volume controls) are preserved.
The pinout of the 25-pin connector is still the same.
