If you have RigExpert hardware bought from us before 1/05/2007 You can reprogram by new firmware on line.

1. Connect only USB cable to RigExpert
2. Please click on sign: REPROGRAM
3. In appear box click RUN
4. In appear new box click RUN (please do not pay attention on warnings)
5. In the new box choose Device type:
6. Click Erase
7. Unplug USB cable and plug in
8. Wait 5 sec.
9. Click Program
10. Unplug USB cable and plug in
11. Wait 5-7 sec click Close

Your device been reprogram and ready for use.
